Thank you for shopping with Xtreme Steam Cleaning. We aim to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and efficiently.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and related information for orders placed through our Shopify store.

  1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched. If there is a delay due to stock levels or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option. Delivery Options: Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery): 2–4 business days – from £4.99 Royal Mail 1st Class (Express Delivery): 1–3 business days – from £5.99 Free Standard Delivery: on all orders over £50 (UK Mainland only) Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales), delivery times may be longer. 
  3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to UK addresses only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. For orders to remote locations (e.g. Highlands, Islands, or Channel Islands), delivery times may vary.
  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number (for tracked services). You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail Track & Trace service: 👉 https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
  5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe: Please check your tracking information. Contact Royal Mail to confirm delivery status. If your parcel still cannot be located, contact us at xtremesteamcleaning@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. 
  6. Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Xtreme Steam Cleaning is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 
  7. Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 
  8. Click & Collect / Local Delivery (Optional Section) If applicable: We also offer local delivery or click & collect from our premises at: 📍2 Moschatel Walk, Partington, Manchester, M31 4FE. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection or out for local delivery.
